I bought a new 2025 suburban and I had a pulley go out 6 months later at 18k miles, I live 80 miles away and the service protection I purchased along with the vehicle apparently only covers 40 miles and I was told I would have to pay or do an insurance claim through my personal insurance because Chevy doesn’t have a tow service and couldn’t help me get my 6 month old new truck back to the dealership. Insane

They were very polite and answered all questions.

We dropped teuxk off to get calabrated.never did that went ro pock it up and they had scratched and waa sanding on driver front fender...and never told me about it i got down the road seen a bottle out stuck in my front windshield shield. It was sanding compound they left in my truck.after they damaged it...very upset.

Maybe it is me, but having to pay almost $100.00 for an oil change and tire rotation seems to be alot of money. Generally after I get an oil change I get a coupon for 20 or more dollars off an oil chance. Great to get the coupon after the service.

Great people and friendly. Service to the car was great. I docked one star because the oil change took over two hours. I am not sure if that is normal or not. This was my first service in the area. My car does require special oil and attention so it could be normal for me.

I made an appointment for an oil change and to have a tire with a screw in it patched from the inside. The oil change was done without any problems but they didn't patch my tire. When I noticed on my bill that there was no charge added for the tire patch, I called them and was told the technician checked the tire and found no leak but the screw had been removed. Later that day, the tire pressure monitor alerted me of low tire pressure. I had to go to Walmart and buy a tire plug kit to temporarily repair the tire because the technician didn't do what I had asked. Now I'll have to find some other place to do the job that I asked to have done.

My salesperson Tony Crews went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase went very smooth and that i was happy. He has called and emailed me to make sure that if i had any questions that he was available to answer them and if he couldn’t he made sure he would find someone that could. I would highly recommend Big Bend Chevrolet and my salesperson Tony Crews to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle in the future. My husband is thinking about purchasing or leasing the 2026 Chevy Equinox. Thank you so much Tony for everything.

It was easy to buy our vehicle. This is the fourth & fifth vehicle that we bought in five years. Tony Crews was very professional and gave us choices without any pressure.

Had an issue with my truck, they took it in and were not able to find the root of the problem. However they did go above and beyond to do so, and reassured me that if I had any further issues, I am to bring it back. Very courteous and friendly. Can't say enough good about how well I was treated!!

Cassandra was great, she got me in right away while I was on a business trip, this gave me some piece of mind while driving out of state. That being said, $500 for a new battery installed is utterly ridiculous

Oil change and tire rotation as expected. Nice they topped off the diesel exhaust fluid, but the charge was excessive.

We had a warning dash light in our Traverse and my wife stopped at the dealership. They diagnosed and repaired the problem problem within about one hour, Thanks to everyone involved. Jim

This is not the first time I’ve been to this dealership. The service department is top notch and I am extremely satisfied with their work. My truck had a reduced engine power no start condition. They were able to accurately diagnose it with the codes that I provided and get me back on the road. Their work is second to none, the professionalism is great. I’m happy to have a dealership like them close by. Previous Chevrolet and GM dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past have been nowhere near as great as this one. In fact, my father had a problem with his local Chevy dealership, and I feel I would’ve never experienced that problem here. I would drive hours just to go to this dealership.

Took truck in for a trans. Service and a whining noise. And all they did was a flush. Didn't change the filter or fix the noise and charged me 400$. What a rip off

I bought my Equinox in Chiefland, Florida in 2015 and have always taken it back for service upkeep. During that time there has been different employees in the service department and they all had one thing in come…courtesy…they were always so friendly and that’s what I like.

There is a known problem with 6.2L engines. The service writer did not have a clue what I was talking about. The service manager had knowledge of the recall but could offer very little on guidance for me.
