Tim Bushway has always made it a no pressure and no hassle occasion, while Jamie Roberts has always been very helpful and informative by explaining everything regarding the purchase in detail. I bought a new 2025 suburban and I had a pulley go out 6 months later at 18k miles, I live 80 miles away and the service protection I purchased along with the vehicle apparently only covers 40 miles and I was told I would have to pay or do an insurance claim through my personal insurance because Chevy doesn’t have a tow service and couldn’t help me get my 6 month old new truck back to the dealership. Insane

We dropped teuxk off to get calabrated.never did that went ro pock it up and they had scratched and waa sanding on driver front fender...and never told me about it i got down the road seen a bottle out stuck in my front windshield shield. It was sanding compound they left in my truck.after they damaged it...very upset.

Oil change and tire rotation as expected. Nice they topped off the diesel exhaust fluid, but the charge was excessive.

The middle of the road evaluation is certainly our issue and not the dealerships. We were purchasing a new van but apparently had our expectations too high. It started with being long distance buyers that are not big into all the marketing and overuse of emails instead of more personal contact via text or call. We were constantly getting emails about test driving (after we already had purchased) and doing surveys (we had not picked up the vehicle yet). Again it is on us because we are extremely busy, working folks that have lots going on in our world every day. When we did arrive to pick up the vehicle, we met the salesperson and got a chance to look at it, one item that was important to us was getting the window sticker. We asked and he did not know where it was but we found it on the dash. I asked a question about how the seat belts open for all the rear seats and he did not know. My husband looked it over and figured it out. The larger passenger side door was making a terrible noise & actually felt like it was binding. We both were talking about it and the salesperson was there plus he went in & out of the door for the test drive. I guess our expectation was that between whoever prepped the vehicle, detailed the vehicle or the salesperson who experienced it would have addressed it. We could tell the salesperson was not mechanically inclined so let it go. My husband fixed it when we got back to south GA. Then as we were leaving, the Onstar kept announcing demonstration mode and we certainly did not want to hear that for the next 10-15 years (we were replacing a 2012 van we purchased in 2017 with 12,000 miles on it), so my husband went back in to talk to the salesperson about discontinuing any Onstar involvement. As instructed, my husband drove it over to the service department and we apparently were a major interruption to the service department so between my husband and the salesperson, they were able to stop that. We are old school in our early 60's so again our expectations were different than the experience. We realize that the level of customer service in today's world is not the same as we remember. We appreciate your help in selling us this van. We had one very similar on order since last June and needed it for our classic vehicle parts selling business.

Maybe it is me, but having to pay almost $100.00 for an oil change and tire rotation seems to be alot of money. Generally after I get an oil change I get a coupon for 20 or more dollars off an oil chance. Great to get the coupon after the service.

Had an issue, spoke to Mr. Keith on Thursday 11-6, and dropped my vehicle off on Friday 11-7. Keith called at 3 pm…issue resolved! Vehicle was ready for pickup! Super fast and efficient!

Took truck in for a trans. Service and a whining noise. And all they did was a flush. Didn't change the filter or fix the noise and charged me 400$. What a rip off

Had an issue with my truck, they took it in and were not able to find the root of the problem. However they did go above and beyond to do so, and reassured me that if I had any further issues, I am to bring it back. Very courteous and friendly. Can't say enough good about how well I was treated!!

I made an appointment for an oil change and to have a tire with a screw in it patched from the inside. The oil change was done without any problems but they didn't patch my tire. When I noticed on my bill that there was no charge added for the tire patch, I called them and was told the technician checked the tire and found no leak but the screw had been removed. Later that day, the tire pressure monitor alerted me of low tire pressure. I had to go to Walmart and buy a tire plug kit to temporarily repair the tire because the technician didn't do what I had asked. Now I'll have to find some other place to do the job that I asked to have done.

My salesperson Tony Crews went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase went very smooth and that i was happy. He has called and emailed me to make sure that if i had any questions that he was available to answer them and if he couldn’t he made sure he would find someone that could. I would highly recommend Big Bend Chevrolet and my salesperson Tony Crews to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle in the future. My husband is thinking about purchasing or leasing the 2026 Chevy Equinox. Thank you so much Tony for everything.

This is not the first time I’ve been to this dealership. The service department is top notch and I am extremely satisfied with their work. My truck had a reduced engine power no start condition. They were able to accurately diagnose it with the codes that I provided and get me back on the road. Their work is second to none, the professionalism is great. I’m happy to have a dealership like them close by. Previous Chevrolet and GM dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past have been nowhere near as great as this one. In fact, my father had a problem with his local Chevy dealership, and I feel I would’ve never experienced that problem here. I would drive hours just to go to this dealership.

Every part of the warranty service on my vehicle was completed professionally with curtesy. I highly recommend Big Bend for all GM related issues.

The service check in people were great. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. My detailed receipt stated that they checked the air in all my tires which can not be true because my tire sensor was on and when I drove out it said I had 23lbs of pressure in one of my tires. My truck was driving horribly so I stopped and added air myself and my tire did only have 23lbs of pressure in it. Once I put the appropriate amount in all four tires the sensor went off and the truck began driving like it should. All this makes me wonder if they didn’t check and air my tires up like they said, what else wasn’t done. I’m disappointed because I really like the employees there in the service department , but the service mechanics are questionable!

I had my Traverse serviced due to a safety recall for the driver front airbag. I was greeted by a friendly service rep and was pleasantly surprised that it took less than an hour to fix. However, the dashboard check airbag light won't go off now and it never came on prior to the safety recall. I think that changing the inflator airbag caused the light to go on. That should have been checked before I picked up the car. Now, I will have to make a return trip just to adjust the dash light.

I have had my 2025 Chevy trax since November and having problems with the speakers and fix one after a few times going but still rattling noises like their are loose wires . Why put me in a brand new car and not fix something the right way the first time . What happen to customers first . Very poor service especially in the service department. And have rattling noises coming under the engine and that’s voided out oh it’s just how the car runs. That’s not a way to bring buisness into a dealership. I have worked with customers on a daily basis . Not good how you all approach it .

You charged me $183 to tell me that I needed a $1500 replacement sensor for my back bumper. Y’all are very proud of your 1 hour of diagnostics work and I understand why replacing the actual parts might be even more expensive. How can any people of average income afford your work? I’ve always bought cars outside my hometown. Just happened to pass the dealership and seen the exact car and color that I wanted I stopped went back and Tony came out to help me. He made the buying process so easy for me. I got the car home the next day and realized there was an issue with the module. Not the dealership fault at all! Evidently a lot of the modules that were made with this vehicle or faulty. I brought my car into the shop they fixed the module and I had steps added to the side of my SUV and now it looks absolutely fantastic! I love that I have a Hometown dealership. I will never go anywhere else other than Big Bend it is nice to have a local Hometown dealership if you need anything, all I have to do is text them!

Expedited and professional..

It was TOO expensive. I was in there about 2-3 weeks ago and had to have an alternator installed and I was charged OVER $1400. I have checked at several other places and it would not have been about 1/2 as much. I was in there about a year ago to find out how much it would be to change a bulb in my headlight, and the guy told that it would be over $800, and he would have to the bumper off. I pulled it up on my phone and you do NOT have to take off the bumper. I went to another place and they told me that it would be $300.

Oil change. Did not wipe off Access oil. There was a cover under that was hooked with wire and I asked if they could fix it. Girl in office said they told them but it wasn't fixed. It takes 50 miles from my house to chiefland. Next oil change will be local.

When i got home, I noticed that I was charged for DEF. I called Big Bend's service department l, and explained to them that I had just filled the DEF tank up, and they couldn't have supplied DEF in my vehicle. She stated that it was part of the oil change whether I needed DEF or not. However there is a separate charge for each part. Charging someone for a product and knowingly not delivering is theft in my opinion.
