There is a known problem with 6.2L engines. The service writer did not have a clue what I was talking about. The service manager had knowledge of the recall but could offer very little on guidance for me.

I bought a new 2025 suburban and I had a pulley go out 6 months later at 18k miles, I live 80 miles away and the service protection I purchased along with the vehicle apparently only covers 40 miles and I was told I would have to pay or do an insurance claim through my personal insurance because Chevy doesn’t have a tow service and couldn’t help me get my 6 month old new truck back to the dealership. Insane

I sat there 3 hours my appointment was at 9 am .than they tell me it's a speed senior and it would cost me around 700.00 dollars.I told them no.THEY CHARGED ME 180.00.FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST. WHICH WOULD NOT TAKE 3 hours It end up being a loose wire

My vehicle had a complete engine replacement due to a recall. Lemmy was the Service Technician for and he completed the job in 3 days. CaSandra arranged a rental and kept me informed. Lemmy is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and always does a great job! Big Bend has a great Service Department.

Maybe it is me, but having to pay almost $100.00 for an oil change and tire rotation seems to be alot of money. Generally after I get an oil change I get a coupon for 20 or more dollars off an oil chance. Great to get the coupon after the service.
