Does it cost money?

Are pets allowed?

Leashed dogs are allowed in most areas, except for the swimming beaches. Be sure your dog is properly tagged and up-to-date on shots.

Are there bears in the forest?

Yes, Florida black bears inhabit the forest. They do not normally attack humans, but if they smell good food or interesting fragrances, they will be interested. Be sure to store food and other fragrant items like toiletries in bear-proof containers or hard-topped vehicles to ensure both human and animal safety.
